Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread until golden and crisp
  2. Mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper
  3. Spread on toast and add toppings
  4. Serve immediately
